The app does share customer personal information with astrologers for horoscope reading purposes. The app does, in any case, sell or rent the individual information collected through the app. The app is just a platform for the connection of astrologers and clients the app in no way commits to the accuracy of predictions made by astrologers it is totally between the astrologers and you. We recommend all users with mental health issues and suicidal tendencies immediately stop the use of the app and opt for medical treatment. In conditions, law enforcement authorities need the information of any individual the app will cooperate with authorities and share information.

Creating an account / Registration data: For the use of the app, any user (Astrologer or Customer) will have to share personal information. The account creation will have the following information Full name, Address, Telephone Number, Email-address, Date of Birth, Gender, Location, Place of birth, Photograph, any other items of 'sensitive personal data or information" which is defined under the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices And Procedures And Sensitive Personal Data Of Information) Rules, 2011 enacted under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and any other detail required on the website during registration.
It is to be stated that all the contact information collected which is contact number, Email Address will be treated as usernames along with passwords or OTP. For the purpose of security of account and verification, contact information will be used to send OTP of which you agree.
Booking A Paid Service: While booking a paid service "call request from Astrologer " your contact information will be shared with a third party company for calling API of which you agree for app functionality. The app does not provide astrologers with any contact information only the details required for horoscope reading.
Recharge for service: While getting a recharge done for the calling service voucher, the personal information of the user will include, financial information which can consist of bank account information, credit card or debit card details or other payment instrument details through a secure third party gateway, IP (Internet Protocol) address and any other information that a User may provide during booking a paid service on the App all these information will be kept highly confidential.
Log Data : We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. In case if there is payment failure and the amount is deducted from the customer's account the company in no way will be liable all the refund processes will be processed and monitored by the payment gateway and the time period of the refund will be provided by the payment gateway.
